Hands down best dentist office I have ever been too. From the receptionist to the dentist everyone is so friendly. Been there several times I never wait long to go back. The assistant is so nice explains it all to you. The dentist is amazing. He takes his time he is so gentle makes sure you feel comfortable. I had several shots and barely felt them. I am getting my dentures next week. They fitted them last visit and wow they looked so real so comfortable in my mouth. I am so thankful I found my forever dentist thank you staff for making my visits so pleasent

It was a new experience but I love the greeting that I got from the staff, it was clean, professional curtius, and understanding about my problem the walked me through step by step wat to expect how long the process was everything I wanted to to know I think I love this Dentist Family already......

Had my first appointment today and everyone was so nice. I am autistic and never once felt overwhelmed and if there was a bad sensory, I was given instructions on how to make them stop if I couldn't handle it. I have never felt so comfortable in a dental office before. My hygenist, Mercedes, was very nice as well. I never felt judged about the fact that my dental health isn't perfect, which I was worried about the whole time.

I have NEVER liked the dentist. Who does? However the staff here is AMAZING and makes the experience way better. The customer service is over the top and I really appreciate the time my dentist takes to explain things so that I understand what he's doing. Dr. Yu is amazing and I will never go to another dentist as my primary care of dentistry. I seriously highly recommend this dentist office to anyone. A big thank you to Dr Yu and staff for making my dentist visits fun, less stressful, and actually taking the time to explain things, and not rushing me out the door like other dentist offices do. You are all Amazing ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

very friendly helpful front desk staff. the assistants were also very accommodating. they are truly wheelchair accessable. very high-tech and modern office. exceptionally clean. nice staff and good dentist. i would definitely I recommend them.

Easy process setting my appointment online. They called same day and confirmed some insurance information. Came to appointment and got a lot of high tech, modern, clean and painless exams. Afterwards an entire plan was created and all appointments set for each problem. Seamless process and I would highly recommend Icy Dental to everyone.

I cannot say enough good things about this dentist! I have never even considered giving a dentist a review before but they deserve it! When I moved to the Lansing area I tried quite a few dentists but hated/dreaded them all. Icy Dental made me feel comfortable and at home right away. I highly recommend!

Wow!! 10/10. I have been there 3 times, the vibe, the smiles, and the professionalism is beyond everything. I had deep cleaning and filling. It was so smooth. The communication is 100%. From the front desk to the last minute is all smooth. I would recommend to anyone seeking a good and caring dentist.

I am over 40 and I swear this is the first time I went to a dentist and felt comfortable. Everyone was super friendly and sweet. Being a woman of color (a darker one at that) there is very few businesses that I have went into and felt so comfortable. That means the world to me and then they got me in the day after I called and will be fixing my problem this coming Monday. This place and the people are awesome!!!!! It was also the cleanest dentist office I've been in for some time. Great job guy!!!!

Dr. Yu is IMHO the finest dentist in the greater Lansing area. He is both an expert and an artist. His office is well run with many of the latest technological advances. His hygienists are highly capable and provide excellent customer service. The office staff also provides excellent customer service, and I really appreciate their proactive approach to insurance and paperwork in advance of an appointment. I highly recommend Icy Dental.

Amazing feeling to have a dentist office who actually cares! They are so great at what they do. They are gentle and so so so nice!!!

I was extremely impressed by this dentist office. Aside from the office being very clean & visually appealing, the entire staff, receptionist included, were incredibly friendly and informative. The preregistration link they sent me via text kept me from having to do ANY paperwork in office, other than the consent to the specific procedure I had done. They made sure to keep me comfortable while I was there. Later on I was having trouble getting my prescription filled bc they were no longer open when the pharmacist called to verify the med, so I went elsewhere. When the receptionist did get their voicemail, she made it a point to call & check on me to make sure I was ok, despite the fact that their office hours had ended 2 hours prior.. WOW. To put it simply, I mainly went there because they advertise same day emergency extractions on their website. But now, I think they may become my permanent dentist office.❤️

10/10. Everyone on staff was nice and friendly and all smiles. Everyone made me feel welcome and part of the family there. There was almost no wait time at all, even though it was midday on a Monday and they were clearly full of patients. They explained cost breakdown to me very thoroughly and talked through many payment options with me. Doctors made sure I was very clear on my treatment plan and what to expect. I’ll be an Icy Dental patient for life.

I was able to call and get a new patient visit/exam for my granddaughter, for the next day. Very polite, caring, and genuinely concerned.
