Meet Dr. Boyd Yu
Dr Boyd Yu is originally from northern California. His B.S. in Biology was completed at University of California, San Diego. It is here that he found his passion for dentistry with the UCSD Pre-Dental Society, having spent many sleepless nights dedicating his spare time to help the underserved community in San Diego County. His passion led to a Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry from Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. He continues to pursue his passion for dental knowledge to this day to help the community of East Lansing.
Dr Boyd Yu is married to his beautiful wife Chanjuan and is constantly watching his troublemaking son, Ezra. Lucky, their golden retriever, is an integral part of the family. Together, they occupy what remains of Dr Boyd Yu’s free time. Dr Yu loves photography, basketball, exploring the world, and having new adventures with his family and friends.
CATHY
Cathy, a MSU graduate, has enjoyed working in the dental field as an assistant and at the front desk for many years. She enjoys walking, bicycling and a good book.
RYAN
Ryan graduated from MSU in 2017 with a degree in zoology. In his spare time he enjoys creating elaborate enclosures for his many pets. He’s also an artist specializing in miniature art, a skill which transfers well to the detailed work required for dentistry.Welcome to Icy Dental. Get to know our staff and become part of our family.
